David is the Managing Director for Capstone- Oklahoma City and has over 15 years in the real estate industry. He specializes exclusively in the brokerage of multifamily housing projects and multifamily site selection.
David Dirkschneider brings a unique level of experience to helping his clients find the right deal. He’s been invloved in every aspect of the multifamily industry, from construction and management to selling, leasing and dispositions. Before getting into the brokerage business, David worked as a general manager for one of the largest privately owned multifamily investment companies in Oklahoma, with assets over three hundred million dollars. Due to this, he can look at an apartment complex and see things the ordinary eye cannot.
David has also been the guest speaker at various events throughout the state, served as the moderator for several industry panels and forums, and is an active member of his community, having served three consecutive terms as city councilman.
