Ken Ashley, Executive Director and Chairman for Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group 

Ken, a top 100 producer at C&W, is also a twenty-three year Phoenix Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club. He’s a member of SIOR, has earned his CCIM designation, is a member of CoreNet Global where he earned the designation, Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), and has been awarded “top rated faculty” multiple times. 

Ken is very fortunate to work in a career that he loves and with clients who are fun and engaging. The only thing better is his 28 year marriage to Karen and their 4 great kids. Ken and his family, including 13 and 3 year old pugs live in the Atlanta suburb of Dunwoody.

 

Brad Ahrens, President of Concord Development Partners – a privately held real estate investment and development company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Brad’s team has been built with a focus on investing in and developing Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities.

Brad and his team’s passion for quality and professional strategy allows them to offer the most comprehensive approach to developing much-needed facilities in underserved communities throughout specific markets within the Western, Southern and Mid-Western regions.

 

Bob Knakal, Head of New York Private Capital Group- JLL  a sales broker selling investment properties in New York City since 1984. Bob is currently leading the Private Capital Group for JLL in New York. It is generally accepted that Bob has brokered the sale of more properties (2,252), over $21 billion in sales, in New York City than any individual broker ever.

On December 31, 2014, Cushman & Wakefield acquired Massey Knakal. At Cushman & Wakefield, Bob acted as Chairman of New York Investment Sales. He was ranked the top originating investment sales broker at Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

 
Bob graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1984. In 1999, at the age of 36, Bob was named to Crain’s New York Business’s Forty Under Forty/New York Rising Stars list for his outstanding achievement in the New York City business community. He is a two-time winner of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Robert T. Lawrence Award in the Most Ingenious Deal of the Year contest.
