He loves what he does and he’s always trying to get better, always trying to learn more to help his clients.

Rich emphasizes the importance of being good at what you do, finding a niche, and constantly learning and improving. Rich also highlights the significance of having a supportive spouse and the role of AI in his business, particularly in writing content and analyzing data. He encourages brokers to focus on their specific market and consistently work on prospecting and building relationships.

Rich Vaaler, Vaaler Commercial Real Estate

Rich is a graduate of Old Dominion College with 43 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. He helps his clients accelerate and preserve generational wealth using proven strategies and processes.

Rich started Vaaler Real Estate in 1988 with his Dad. It had 3 main divisions, commercial sales/leasing, property management and residential sales. Rich then transitioned to Sperry Van Ness (now SVN) as a licensee from 2006 – 2013.

In 2013 he decided to go back to his roots and changed the name of the business to Vaaler Commercial Real Estate. In 2010, he also formed a new company to run his real estate holdings with the new name Phoenix Commercial Real Estate, Inc. With offices in VA and FL Rich’s schedule was full and rewarding.

Rich now works as a commercial broker at the best office in the Treasure Coast of Florida. He also serves on the board of directors of the Stuart Airshow, and also as a Trustee with the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
